How often should I have my upholstery cleaned?
According to the American Furniture Manufacturers Association, you should not let your upholstery get soiled to the point of a noticeable or visible change in the color of the fabric. This means that most upholstery has to be cleaned as a regular maintenance practice once every 18 to 24 months or before soil builds up and stains the fabric.
Do you move furniture?

Does Scotchgard really work?
Most residential carpets today come from the factory with stain protection built right in. However, this barrier can lose its stain resistance over time and after cleanings. Scotchgard allows more time to clean up a spill before it soaks deep into the fibers. Secondly, it allows for a cleaner result on high traffic areas making your carpet much brighter and more refreshed after cleaning.
What should I do to properly take care of my carpet?

How long do carpets take to dry after a steam cleaning?
Drying times may vary depending on the pile (fiber) of the carpet. Usually normal drying time is between three to six hours. We suggest you turn on ceiling or floor fans to aid in the drying process. Any air circulation will speed up the drying time.
Can I walk on my carpet after it has been cleaned?
You may walk on your carpets as long as you don't have your feet soiled. However, try to keep pets, children and heavy traffic off the carpet during drying time. Wait 24 hours before removing tabs under furniture.
Why should I use hot water extraction to clean my carpet?
Carpet cleaning uses a hot water extraction process to clean your carpet. This method is often called steam cleaning. This is the method nearly all carpet manufactures and carpet fiber producers recommend.
How often should I have my carpet cleaned?
There is no simple answer for this question. But on the average, it is recommended that your carpets be cleaned a minimum of once a year. Some situations call for more frequent cleanings (kids, allergy or pets), but this should be the minimum.
Is it true that once a carpet is cleaned it will re-soil much quicker?
This is only true if the cleaning process leaves heavy soap residues in your carpet that actually attracts soil. Our cleaning process does not leave heavy residues and can remove most residues from previous cleaning using other cleaning methods.
